Your business. Your agents. Your way of working.

AI agents can use tools and carry out multi-step tasks. AIOS gives you a foundation for organizing that capability around your business, with practical safeguards and guidance getting started.

Own and operate your system

Keep your business context, agent configuration and workflows in an environment you control: your own computer or separately agreed customer-controlled hosting.

Customize it around your work

Adapt agent roles, instructions, skills and approval rules. Build on the foundation as your needs and experience grow.

Choose how you use AI

Use supported cloud-provider options or explore a suitable local-model setup. We confirm compatibility and any additional setup before you start.

The AI model is one part of your system. Your business knowledge, agent instructions and way of working give it a purpose. Cloud-model use sends relevant information to that provider; local operation depends on the model and the rest of your setup.

Questions before you start

What do we own?

You control the environment you run, your business information, and the agent configurations and workflows you develop. Pack materials, third-party software and AI models retain their applicable licenses and terms. Owning your AIOS does not transfer ownership of a provider’s model.

Can we choose our AI provider or use local models?

Provider choice is part of the approach. We confirm supported options for your setup; changing models may require adjustments to integrations, skills or safeguards. A local-model setup also depends on hardware and software compatibility. We help you assess what fits.

Does running AIOS on our infrastructure keep everything private and local?

Your AIOS environment can run on your own computer or customer-controlled hosting. When you use cloud models or connected services, relevant information is sent to them under their terms. A local model avoids that model-provider call, but connected tools, storage and network settings also affect where information goes. We confirm the intended configuration with you.

What do I need before onboarding?

You need a supported computer and AI environment, access to the accounts required for setup, and a participant who can work through onboarding. We confirm requirements for your chosen pack before the session. Only share business information you have permission to use.

Does Security cover our whole company’s IT security?

It provides practical safeguards for supported agentic AI use. Company-wide security, password vault deployments, network access and other infrastructure need their own assessment and scope.
